There was a group interview of about 11 or 12 people and the managers (2 to 3) would ask questions and then go around the room and have each person answer them. We learned a little about the history and past as well.
I went back for a second interview and the Store Manager interviewed me by himself in his office.

If you saw another employee or customer stealing, what would you do? Would you go up and confront them.
Just asked me who I was, if I was availible for hollidays and thats about it. It was a really plesant interview but very fast paced, make sure to get your first impression down pat.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
