It was a group interview. I was the only black person in the room. Very uncomfortable. I felt like I didn't get the job before we even got started. My last name is Garcia due to marriage an I feel that's why they chose me to be there.

Was a relatively easy interview, they just tell you the duties and will probably hire you right after the interview. Super duper basic stuff that anyone could do you’ll just be sorting clothes unloading the truck and whatnot nothing that you can’t handle.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to work here
I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. I signed up for a date and time and proceeded to wait. I logged in but no one showed up. The site kept cutting off because no one entered the interview platform. I never heard back from Kohl's.

Entrevista
It was a video interview and very short. Sounded promising but they emailed me that I did not get the job. I am very presentable and engaging. I did not understand why they wouldn't hire for a seasonal worker who shows up has reliable transportation an wants to work.
