Phone interview scheduled with hiring manager through workday. 1. What does client service mean to you?
2. What do you do if a client has a question that you don't know answer to. Overall just client service based qusetions. It was really simple just knowing what other opeational jobs you had it could be retail though.

Received text message to schedule interview which was a video call. Short interview - asked basic questions about job history, relevant skills, and went over job basics. Received email with job offer a few days later.

Have you had any experience with handheld retail computer (specifically Zebra)?
The interview was pretty simple. It started over the phone and after I was scheduled to come in for an in person interview. The phone call felt like the actual interview since the in person interview was just to ask if I accept the job.

It was an over the phone interview. They asked about four or five questions. The whole interview process took about 15-20 mins a really short and easy interview. The hiring process took a while.
