Not too formal yet the overall length was in the vicinity of 10 to 15 minutes with a general introductory period between yourself and the hiring manager. Be prepared to wait a little while longer if online since sometimes the managers run a bit late due to other responsibilities.

The interview was a group interview. I thought it went great, they just wanted someone with experience in retail so they could fill in without training anyone new. The interviewer was very friendly and asked questions about my background and previous employment history. The interviewer also asked about my availability and other extracurricular activities I was involved in. The only downside was that they were not willing to work with my school schedule. When I asked a question about the daily tasks of the position, the interviewer was very vague and said that my position would be a floater amongst different departments and there would not be a strict schedule.
