Once I got a call from their office for the above-mentioned role, I went for the face to face interview. The interview was good and the technical persons had good knowledge hence i enjoyed the interview. Once through the interview, the HR asked me how early I can join if we give you the offer, I told her that I need to confirm it with my current organization and the boss. while having the salary negotiations, She asked me to confirm how early I can join and she will mail the final offer. I asked for the offer first as no one wants to lose his current organization and boss's faith. she assured me and also asked for my bank statements and salary slips, which i eventually gave. for the offer and i asked for early leaving and as I m good with my boss i got a early leaving option and i intimated the same. Now after that i asked for some details and showed my willingness to join. the HR told me your profile is on hold. I was shocked as i have already had oral conversations about leaving with my boss. Such unprofessional behavior from HR. I don't know why such assurance was given when they have not finalized the candidature yet.
BIG LESSON LEART -
1. You need to be very Careful while dealing with these unprofessional organisation.
2. You should not discuss about leaving until unless you have the offer letter in hand.
3. I'm 99% sure that even if they give you the offer letter and they get a cheaper person, they will just put u aside by saying sorry.
4. Most unprofessional HR I have ever seen

Healthy discussion on system processes and technical financial stuff.
I did not apply for the job but i had sent my CV for unsolicited application. Job interview was three(1st and 2nd was HR; 3rd was technical round). After 3rd round i received an mail that they selected an other candidate to continue job recruitment process. Raison: My profile doen't fit well with job expectation. And they let me to continue job recruitment process until third round. It was very bad experience . I did not recommend this enterprise. Very poor job recruitment process

Entrevista
Technical & HR round and then presentation which was followed by salary discussion and then offer letter on the same day. It was an awesome experience as the interview was organized very well. I am very happy with Koenig solutions
