Typical behavioral based interview with Koch's MBM spin. Nothing unusual. Very similar to the STAR model. They just have a different acronym for it. Tell me about a time when you have... Then a few filler questions like what are you r weaknesses. Read Good Profit before the interview for prep.

Tell me about a time when you have had to learn and share a lot of information. How did you do it? What were the results etc?
Process was good and interviewers were nice, but never got any response after multiple follow ups. The interview was telephonic and then on teams. I applied via their website for multiple positions and never received any response.

Entrevista
It could have been a bit more organized, but all in all was good. Good people just discussed normal work related topics. I learned from the interview and I hope it was mutual.

There are some typical questions in an interview of course, but the other ones are gauging your interest and career aspirations. There are some questions about your resume or how did you do that job or how was working for this employer. Altogether I really enjoyed the culture.
