The interview was very straightforward. I was interviewed on campus with two people. It was business casual and the interviewers were very friendly. They asked straightforward behavioral questions, no technical questions. The whole interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Typical behavioral based interview with a Koch spin. There are questions around Koch's 8 guiding principles, which you can readily find via Google. Integrity, Stewardship, Principled entre..., transformation, knowledge, humility, respect & self actualization.

I submitted an application via campus recruiting. I received an email to take a video interview. The questions were pre-recorded and I had to record the answers. You are allowed five minutes per question.
