I applied online and heard back from HR in two days. I had a 30 minute phone interview with Angie from HR about two days later. She was very nice and easy to talk to. A few days later I was invited for an in person interview with the head of marketing. The interview went okay. Moira was also nice and seemed understanding of my very apparent nervousness. I did not expect to be meeting with the owner of the company as well. He asked me a lot of similar questions. After the interview I was asked to complete an assessment. I was asked to create a marketing plan and to complete a Google Sheets assignment. I did okay considering I ended up completing this while in the midst of some awful food poisoning (I have the worst luck). Ultimately I did not get the job because I messed up on the Sheets assignment. Overall it was a fairly positive experience. I sincerely appreciate how quick the interview process is compared to other places I’ve interviewed with. I am disappointed that I did not get the job, but that was my own fault.
