Employer talked about the company and what it offers and what was required. Asked questions dealing about the job, other requirements, what they look for in a new hire, the kids, training, dress code, etc.

Applied online was contacted a few days later to come in for an interview. I filed out some paper work and met with the center director. Interview took about 20-30 mins. After that interview I was contacted a week later to do a trail run in both of the infant classrooms. Once I was done the director spoke with the teachers in the classroom and I was offered the position shortly after. Process took about 3 weeks.
