After the initial submission of the application, you receive an email that they are interested in you and ask you to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview is pretty straightforward, basic questions and the interviewer usually tells you a little bit about the company and its amazing perks. If interested, you receive an email within a couple of weeks that they would like to formally interview you (either in person, or if still in quarantine, it will be over zoom). As all interviews are daunting, the hiring crew usually try their very best to make you as most comfortable as possible. I interviewed a couple of times and was lucky enough to have Isabel Vanauken for each interview (phone and in-person/zoom). She is goofy and charismatic which made me feel comfortable! Your zoom/in-person interview will have your hiring person and usually your hiring manager. In my interview, I had Isabel, my hiring manager, and then the VP of the department! So daunting, but they were all so extremely friendly that it made it fun. Overall, the interview was about an hour and you wait for an answer if they want to hire you!

The recruiting team reached out to me quickly after my application was submitted. They were very friendly & made sure I knew how their process worked with regards to the interview/job offer process. I had a phone interview, then a video interview with a couple of people. Despite having technical difficulties with internet connection due to a fiberoptic line being cut nearby, I was able to connect to the video call via my phone's mobile hotspot. The team was patient and gracious about the situation. They did a great job of describing the role in more details, explaining a lot about how the specific team operates, and their office/remote culture. Overall this was a great experience. I was offered the position, however, due to some unforeseen school conflicts with my children not being able to get into aftercare, I was unable to accept the position.
