I thought that the interview process went very well. I had both phone interviews and in-person interview. Everyone that I spoke with made sure that all of my own questions and concerns were also answered.

For sales, I was given a roll-play scenario and asked to roll-play. The first time was done with my first in-person interview and then it was done again on my second interview.

Five stage interview process.. two phone interviews followed by a face to face interview followed up by a mock phone call to pitch the product and lastly a face to face interview with the VP of sales.

The major thing they are concerned with is the "investigative stage" of the mock phone call. Spend a lot of time on this if you are interviewing for this position.
