Relaxed, but very thorough. I left my initial interview (and especially subsequent follow up interviews) with a very clear idea of what the job would entail. After my first phone interview, the scheduled a time for me to come in for an interview. I was given a tour, and then from there the rest of the process moved very quickly. They were very eager to hire for my position, so the entire process took less than a week from my first face-to-face interview to when the offer was made.
