This company focuses way too heavily on their IQ/Personality test. Some of the questions were invasive/offensive. One of the questions asked if I would have more than 2 kids and asked about political views. I'm honestly not too sure how the test is even legal. I'm sure they miss a lot of great candidates due to this process.
