Easy Interview Process. Applied online then a few days later Shelby contacted me via email to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview, Shelby made sure that it would be a good fit for both of us. She even looked up how long of a commute that I would have and wanted to make sure that I would be okay with that. Shelby then scheduled a face to face interview a few days later. I walked into KnowBe4 and was greeted by so many friendly faces. I interviewed with Drew. He allowed me to ask a lot of questions and then asked me to role play a discovery process with him. After that he asked me to take 3 tests, one was an IQ test and one was a personality test. After passing those tests, I met with Lars the Chief Revenue Officer. I was informed that day that if my references checked out that I would be able to start on Friday.

It was as all interview processes should be. It was very straightforward and reasonable. The recruiter(s) were very responsive, stuck to their dates and set up for success. The feedback was candid and specific. The process was excellent and the people were very easy to work with and honest about where one stands.
