Absolute waste of time. Did the hiring process with them just to be ghosted after 3 rounds, 2 assessments, 3 roleplays. Manager showed up to the last roleplay not even knowing who she was supposed to roleplay as. Super unprofessional. She also couldnt answer basic questions like “ how is your team delivering against targets?” She would give very vague answers such as “ good portion of people are reaching targets.” What does that mean? A good portion? Bear in mind this is a place where they pay AEs 40% under national average and you absolutely need to make commission to keep yourself afloat. Yet you can’t even find out how realistic their targets are because hiring managers can’t answer the most basic questions. Oh yeah, and ghost. No feedback, no reasoning, not even an automated rejection email. Just ghosting? Do better.

Entrevista
The interview process was quick but very thorough. There was a roleplay scenario as part of the second interview. I didn't go through the traditional method of applying because I attended a hiring happy hour that put me in front of recruiters and leadership. After that, Sierra was very efficient with next steps to interview. I had a phone interview followed up with the roleplay and second interview with James who is the VP of the team I would be working with. Overall, the process was not stressful. It was very exciting from start to finish and I was kept in formed of next steps throughout the process.
