Pretty easy going process. First is a phone screening by HR Recruiter. Then you are interviewed by a panel of employees. You are required to do a drug test if you are offered an opportunity. Training takes several months and they fly you out to corporate typically.
There was a phone interview and then a panel interview. An opportunity to ask questions about the role, department and company. You get a brief tour of the office and then hear back on the interview results in a week.

Phone interview with recruiter. Interview with directors and team lead. In person job shadow for an hour to see if I liked the role and get an idea of a day in the life.

Interview process was pretty standard. Phone interview with Human Resources manager, second in person interview with directors and interview with upper leadership. Many of the questions were about how you overcome failure and solve problems quickly.
