Interview usually with two members from senior surveyor level and upwards - competency based questions followed by a number of real estate focused questions. Questions are not too difficult and the process wasn't too stressful.

It was an interesting process, it starts off with an online assesment which has a verbal and non verbal reasoning test. Then comes the video interview in classic Hirevue format with timed quetsions. Finally you have an assessment centre.

Short video interview. Asked questions unrelated to property - mostly situational questions with various workplace scenarios, e.g. “What would you do in this situation?” Outsourced interviewer to recruitment company, rather than a KF employee.
