Very poor interviewing skills by deputy MRLO. Dismissive and rude, . The Deputy MRLO showed signs of arrogance and I believe felt intimidated by investment banking experience then tried to dismiss my knowledge.

First stage was fine but bizarre experience at second stage. Asked to do a personality test an hour before the interview which was then used in the interview and a cross reference when asking questions.
