Very professional and quick. The process is explained very clearly by HR. I had a total of 4 rounds of interview which completed the same day and was kept well informed by call and email through HR. Was informed about the hiring and referral hiring process. Very clear and easy to understand. Friendly HR and supportive. My joining orientation and induction was well conducted and I was happy joining the team

The interview process they are following like very childish and never worth for a candidate. The first round would be a system test ie psychometric test, based on this test mark they will process into the second round. I really don't know for 10 + years experience candidate whether they need this round? The organization only knows the answer to this. The second round would be a technical round, How this organization allows the junior peoples and even don't know the development guy to interview the senior candidate. They all are really don't know how to interview a candidate . 6 months experienced person interviewing 10 years experienced person. I really think about how the technical skills these organizations having, they are kidding me and wasting my time. The third round would be a manager round. Oh my god, I came for senior software interview but they are asking me about testing skills and aws. Even I didn't mention aws skills in my resume and told them I don't know. But they keep on asking in that particular skills. Seriously, I never attend this kind of interview members in my carrier. If I selected, I will never join this company.
