I had one screening interview followed by one general interview conducted by a QA manager followed by a final technical round with a panel of 3 interviewers. The interview was fairly easy with technical questions, coding exercises but after the interview there is no response from them. It still makes sense not to hear back from a company if you're not selected in the very first screening round but I would expect some sort of response after the final round. It's been 2 months since my final round of interviews and I haven't heard anything from them. This is a very disrespectful behavior from a group of working professionals of a reputed company like Kinaxis to not only value candidate's time and efforts but also for not having courtesy to get back with the final decision.
