The company is very people focus and one feels that through the interview. There were multiple interview sessions. I felt there were too many and it was a long (time) process.

The most unprofessional process I've ever encountered. Kinaxis, please treat your candidates better.
I have debated as to whether I should post here but decided to as I think the feedback is critical for Kinaxis to improve their processes. I was contacted by an HR individual for the first interview and was told it was just a touch base and I would be contacted by the hiring manager. I waited 2 weeks and then spoke with the hiring manager as well as another HR person. Very cordial and a nice interview. Then there was a 2 week pause. I was then contacted to interview with 2 additional people. Again very nice discussions that lasted an hour each. Then silence for about 4 more weeks. I asked HR where things were in the process and then I was set up with 2 more interviews. Then silence again for another 2 weeks. I received a final email that I would interview with one more person and then they asked me to prepare a 1 hour presentation on a topic they chose. I was fine with the interview but the presentation was a little heavy since I had received no feedback on the progress or how I was feeling with the discussions. I agreed to the presentation and presented for an hour to 16 people on the call with no introduction. During questions, someone actually asked me 'so why are you leaving your current job?' Completely unprofessional given the circumstances and the audience. After that presentation, I had soured on the opportunity, but my real shock at this process is that for 3 weeks after that presentation I was not contacted nor thanked for the multiple hours I put into preparing the presentation. I would not recommend this process to anyone.
