Panel interview through video. It was 30 mins long and about 6 questions. Gave a brief story about the company, and shared the benefits. Said I’d hear back with the week, and I heard back in two days

Submit application,online, if called for interview there is a written test, math skills, followed by
oral interview with several employees/ hiring committee, where you go through a
role playing exercise, team work exercise with other applicants, question and answer interview about safety, confronting a difficult team member and different work senerios. Check your credit score and require at least a high school diploma or GED. Drug and hearing test upon being hired. Interview process takes several hours and hiring process takes several weeks.
