My daughter was attending this childcare at the time and it was as simple as asking do you guys need extra help. I was placed in a classroom for training and the director was so impressed with my interaction with the kids I knew I had the job before she told me.

Very easy processes, the interviewer was very nice and clear , she answered all my questions and was quite quick. If you get an offer you get an onboarding packet to bring in on your start date
Very laid back and easy. They were comfortable to talk to. Didn’t ask any hard questions. Pretty basic. The background noise was a distraction but gotta get used to it if your working in a daycare.

Very friendly and engaging. The question were well thought out in the overall interview process was rather straightforward. I received a follow up rather quickly and updates along the way.
