they just ask for your transcripts and ask about your experience. Director talked bad about last director talking about her mistakes in hiring people. She said she was new to directing. She gave me a tour of the school.

In person interview. Went to the location directly and it was behavioral. The process went smoothly and everybody was so welcoming and made me comfortable. It was half hour process.
I was called in for an interview after submitting my resume. I met with the director and owner for discussion and then was asked to go into a few classrooms for a working interview.

The interview was a great experience as the director and owner made me feel welcomed. They made me feel great not feel under pressure. I enjoyed this interview due to my opening up about my skills and why I want to work for the company.
