Basic Interview question, and also you get to do some practice test questions. The company is basically a startup and will take anyone with open arms. I was contacted by the recruiter and had a screening call that went great. I was told that I made it to the next stage of the interview process and to send my avail for another call with the hiring manager. Well, I never heard back and three weeks later I received a regret email. Was extremely confused.
