First you get a phone call and the manager will set up a time for you to come in to meet. Then, if he likes you, you come in again to meet the team. If they like you then they have you fill out a personality survey and then if that goes as planned they bring you in one more time to make an offer. They expect you to do your homework on the company and they want to know that you are money motivated. That is very important to them. They like to know that you like the idea of talking with people and being in a quota type of environment.
