The HR manager first conducted a phone interview asking some basic questions then had me in for the in-person one. The interview was with him and the department lead. Fairly casual questions.

I applied online. The process included: phone screening with the HR person and an in person interview. The questions were pretty standard.
I received offer quite shortly after. I was a pretty quick and pleasant experience.
