The interview was via video call and I found the process unprofessional due to how the interviewees were presented themselves, not dress professionally for conducting a interview. Along with cutting the interview short due to their inability to understand that they had missed out a vital part of the application, I found myself also pressured and put into a corner due to their incompetence.
