During my hiring process I had two interviews. The first was with one of the owners, who presented the company and who whished to know my professional background in some detail. He was very emphatic and kind since the very beginning which made me feel really well received. The interview was booked for half an hour, but our talk become so pleasant that we ended up talking for an hour. His attitude induced me lot of enthusiasm in starting with the company, since I already felt part of the team. I also appreciated very much that he was a very accessible guy, he treated me in a super friendly way without any airs of superiorities from his position. In the following days, after completing a technical challenge which was cool and entertaining, I had another interview with the managers related to the department where I was about to join. They were again very aligned with the style of the owner, I felt very much respected and nicely treated. After this interview I received the offer.

An awkward process, company is still a start-up and trying to figure out what is what. They changed their opinions and suggestions multiple times during the process and in the end wasted my time with 1 assessment and 4 interviews. I would not suggest interviewing with them unless you’re okay with ambiguous and misleading conversations
