Entrevista
The hiring process has changed substantially since I interviewed. It is so standardized at this point, every single person filling this out will be saying the same thing... i.e. phone conversation, aptitude test, weird video interview, flew me to (fill in the blank) for face to face interview, got the offer on the way back to the airport...

Sell this pen to me. As soon as you walk in, you will get a sheet of paper with a scenario on it, then you will sit awkwardly by yourself in the room you will be interviewed in reading this paper. Something like, a company buys pens for x amount, you sell pens for 2x amount. Obviously there is more detail than that, but sell me you pen...

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
