Applied on handshake. Heard back the next day that I had gotten a first interview. First interview consisted of the Wiesen technical assessment and a virtual interview through Hirevue. The hirevue interview had basic questions but you had to end off by selling a product in your room. All questions had 3 minutes to answer, mine only had 5 total questions. After a few days I was invited to a final interview. Being during COVID, the career day was done virtually through Microsoft teams. Was sent a brochure of a Keyence product a week in advance and had a 30 minute mock sales pitch on it. Know the product and ask questions to build a pitch around their pain points. Then a basic interview afterwards no surprises. Awaiting results. Overall long and a little nerve racking but once you’re in there it can be kinda fun.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
Very easy and typical 30-minute first round interview, and asked about five or six general Questions such as, "Introduce yourself, why Keyence, what makes you interested in this position and the like?
