Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Keyence (Londres, Inglaterra)
Entrevista
1) First A hire view video needs to be submitted - fairly simple questions
2) Mechanics/physics Test
3) Face to Face Interview with HR - Lady was really nice, a role play is done at this stage and she also runs through what a typical day would look like.
The Job role was meant to be based in Birmingham but I had to travel to London Heathrow for the interview
4) Caliper test - personality test approx 60mins
5) Interview- Again Had to travel to London Heathrow for the interview with one of the managers via Skype call. At this point I was wondering why this couldn't be done in Birmingham
So total travel time for the interview process approx 6hrs
Didnt get the Role was informed via Email

Entrevista
My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
