A recruiter approached me through LinkedIn anfand d asked if I was interested, the inteview had a 4 step process. Started with a phone interview then you need to do a mechanical and personality test, which I passed and then went on to a 30 min in person interview, and then a second 45 min in person interview where they ask you to do a sales pitch. Process took about a week and a half and i made it through to all the interviews but wasent selected and was not even told about their decision until I called in 2.5 weeks later. I can understand if I wasent given the position there are many qualified individuals i was interviewing against but the fact that I made it through all the interview steps and they didnt even call me to let me know of their decision, I found quite disgusting considering they are such a large company. I had other job offers at the time and I was delaying my responses to them because this position was my number one choice, a simple 2 min phone call or email back is expected when you make it through such an extensive interview process.

Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
