Very long interview process. Involved an online phone call, aptitude and attitude assessment as a prescreen, then when you finally meet someone face to face they ask you to provide a mock sales visit. After that you speak with the VP, who goes over salary, benefits, etc. Offers are received afterward. Total process took about 4-6 weeks. Declined the position as there was no opportunity to get P.Eng designation. This job is more sales than Engineering, although an Engineering degree is required.
