The hiring process was quick and thorough. As far as I know, KeyBank sources their interviews for branch level positions through another company. The lady I spoke with was very nice!

Pretty standard recruiter interview followed by in person.
In person looks for body language, confidence, conversation skills. We will be treated well unlike Wells Fargo. I had a panel interview me. They do ask about existing offers. We have to be honest.

In person interview then phone interview . Takes about 2-3 weeks to hear from them and get the job. The pay is non negotiable no matter how much experience you have

It was a very easy and simple process. Just be yourself and everything will work out. They will ask you lots of questions about yourself and your work ethic. Make sure you know your worth
