Applied online through an agency. The agency got in touch and booked me in for a face to face interview after passing a telephone interview with Kerridge. The interview was with two people. I was asked logical thinking questions which just seemed pointless and a waste of time. I was handed multiple pages of code to look through for 15 minutes and then one of the interviewers returned and asked me to explain the code to them. Again this code was there own in house code which just seemed unreasonable. They asked multiple competency based questions, mainly just the usual ones you would expect.

If you were in a room with three light switches, and you could not see out of the room and you could only leave the room once. The three corresponding light bulbs are in another room. How do you tell which light switches belong to which bulbs?
