It was a first-round screening call that lasted about ten minutes. Was briefed on the company and position, as well as shared my skills. Then there was a second round.

Applied and was emailed that I would be completing a phone interview. I responded with my availability and never heard back after sending several follow up emails. Applied again 6 months later and received the same email that I would be given a phone interview. I responded and faced the same issue with no response. I reached back out a couple months later in attempt to schedule it (really wanted to work here) and instead was notified the position was filled. Fast forward 6 months later to now, Kepler reached out to me saying they wanted to interview based on my resume that they had on file. I completed a phone interview and then was moved on to a video interview because I do not live in the city of Kepler. The video interviews were two 30 minute interviews with managers in the position I was applying for, a few behavioral questions then a technical section. Following those two interviews was a 5 minute presentation. The presentation can be on pretty much anything. I was denied according to the email for lack of experience, though their website and everyone I interviewed said experience doesn't matter, it's your brain. The email was not super generic as it did have a personal touch by naming the people I talked to. I wish they'd give real feedback since they knew previous experience before reaching out to interview. Overall, the interviews themselves were pleasant and everyone I talked to I enjoyed.
