      Entrevista

      After reading the very positive reviews for this company, I was quite take aback by the interview process. I went through two phone screens and one in person interview. No one I interviewed with seemed to know who I met with previously, nor the account that the role was assigned. In addition, I never met the person that would be my manager, which I thought was strange. I was then told that after three rounds, the role was put on hold, which was surprising to hear after the weeks long process.

      Thanks for sharing this feedback. We're sorry that the interviewers seemed unclear about the role you were interviewing for. Often, we have several positions open at once across a few accounts, which may have led to their confusion, but I apologize that we weren't able to answer the questions you had about the role. In terms of the role being put on hold, the nature of agency hiring is that our staffing needs are determined by client/account need, which can sometimes change unexpectedly. We do often reach back out to candidates we put on hold once positions open up again and hope you'll keep Kepler in mind should we have an opportunity for you in the future.
