I've interviewed with KDL a few times, and the process has been very consistent. The first step after applying is to take a test online that assesses your skills and personality. If you pass that, you may get an interview. The interview process is extremely competitive, so while the process isn't difficult to go through, you will be going up against a lot of other people. About a week after the interview they inform you of their decision. You will most likely have to apply multiple times to get a role.

They asked me in for an interview about 2 weeks after I applied. They were very communicative and provided a decision timeline as well as details about who I would be meeting with. I interviewed on a Thursday and they let me know by Tuesday the decision.
