The interview was brief and over the phone (as most temp agencies are). I came in and had a second interview and was hired on the spot as an inhouse temp. The did lie about the about I would make. It turns out that I was promised $13/hour by the recruiter but starting at a training rate of $12/hr. After 3 months and 6 months I asked for a status update and was told that the "13/hr rate wasn't in writing and therefore never happened". In the interview, get all promises in writing or you are screwed.
