Entrevista
The initial start of the interview process is easy, fill out their application,submit your resume and receive a link to take an assessment. Then they call you and tell you about the position which only pays 9.15 cents an hour. Then they schedule you for a phone interview. Then the drama starts. You have to drive to a Kelly office and fill out some more paperwork and then they do a background check. They are looking for a reason to not pass you trust me. They only want to fill up classes and then they have the audacity to tell you that you might get called for the next class the next month!! Who can afford to stay out of work that long?
If you got layed off then sure. If you quit your last position than you have to go for what youknow.

Entrevista
Easy. Just make sure your work environment is to there standards. Theu will have you live video your work are area for proof at the beginning of interview. Yeah forget your name on your phone number for your number to wouwoy
Very easy, over the computer video. Toile maybe 15 mins. The most easiest interview I ever had and I get nervous about these things....but don’t. Be sure to have your resume up to date with real info because it will be discussed.

Would working from home be an ideal option, if so why?
It went well. Asked a lot of questions and different materials like availability, overtime , customer service etc. I know a lot of people who didn’t make it through the interview process but I did. I think it just depends on flexibility and how well you present yourself
