After being selected for an interview, the Kelly Services representative contacted me and gave me details about who I will be meeting with at the prospective company. In my case I met with the direct hiring manager for the role I was being considered for. It was a one-step interview, that lasted for about an hour. I received an offer for the job within 48 hours after my interview. I believe it was that quick because the role needed to be filled immediately. I started working two weeks after my interview.
