The processed started off by a phone interview screening. The phone call was about 15-20 minutes long preferably about your skills and experience. Within 3-5 days. I was invited for an in-person interview. The female supervisor and the male manager seemed really focused and determined to know more about you. They will take you in this small room and ask you some questions. The male manager was staring me right in my eye so I started looking through his soul. I love eye contact, but as the female supervisor looked up, she could tell that the interview was getting a little intense. As he was asking me additional questions, I would answer them with specific details and counter it with my own question. The interview lasted approximately 1 hour and after my questions, the guy asked me for my salary requirements and reference list. Two weeks from that date, I still haven't heard anything from them or neither did my reference. The question that he couldn't for me is "Why should I work here? What makes this company better than the other companies? What stands out? The manager responded back to me with " Why did you apply for this company?". I explained to him that I did my research and I like all of the customer reviews, and also I'm very customer focused driven, and it's a passion for me to help other people. Then I preceded to say again, "Why should I work here?". I absolutely love interviews that try to challenge me with questions and show interest as well. I didn't really see anything too diverse working at that company, and I bought a different type of energy to them. I wish the candidate who they decided to hire the best of luck. I really enjoyed the process, but not getting a promised follow up really speak volumes upon that company.
