Seemed like there was a well established process… 3 interviews, first HR, then senior level sales manager, then the president. HR guy seemed to be the only person who knew what he was doing and he was fighting an uphill battle to make improvements. Definitely seemed like a good ol boys club. It felt like I was being interviewed more for my appearance than my skill set. The President spent most of the interview staring at my chest. I wasn’t wearing anything revealing. At all. Felt like I needed to shower after I left.
