I initially applied online and was contacted by an HR manager. She was very nice and asked me some great questions. I than met with a team of senior technology managers and got to hear more about the company and workplace. I was impressed how much they cared about there employees and team culture. I could really get from how they shared with me that mattered a lot. I was impressed how much they cared about the customer service. The following week I got to test drive the job position and meet the customers. They were very nice to me and the employee who took me out in the field tested me a lot. I was very nervous I would make mistakes and I hope I exceeded the expectations. I really enjoyed seeing how a great IT company takes care of its customers.
