Overall I thought the interview process was very easy, but left a lot to be desired. It felt disorganized, and there were an excessive amount of rounds, spread out over too many days.
For a mid level Sales Engineering role I went through six rounds of interviews for over a month. Meeting with a (1) recruiter, an (2) account executive, a current (3) sales engineer, (4) a founding engineer, (5) vp of sales, (6) and the CEO. I did not make it to through to the final round, however it would have been round (7), a mock sales & demo call.
In my opinion this was excessive. The interview rounds felt easy, it would have been much more respectful to my time to have these separate rounds over one or two days, rather than scheduling seven different days of interviews.
Hopefully this critique can help Keebo improve their hiring process for future candidates.
