Entrevista
I was initially referred by a friend. I was then set up to talk to a junior consultant who asked me basic questions regarding my goals and plans. I mentioned that one of my options were finishing a PhD in Engineering. The interview ended with a typical market sizing question to which I believe I gave a good methodical response. I later found out that the junior consultant thought I was too academic for the role.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
