Very friendly and seemed very interested in me as a person rather than an employee. They want to see young professionals grow into knowledge and reliable employees of the company.
It was not too bad, it was all virtual, Started with a 30 min phone interview once I passed that it was a 1 hour video interview with the hiring manager, then i was offered the role

the interview was a two interview process. first was just a few questions then a informal conversation. second I had to drive out to Naperville site. same thing but interview was about two hours with about three people individually.
