First there will be phone screens, then a selected few will be asked to come for a face to face interview. You will meet with the hiring manager. You will also meet with another team member or director the same day or be called back for a second interview. This company takes its time finding the right candidate.

Best way to answer questions is be specific and have real life examples ready
Since Covid companies are allowed to waste our time during the interview process. The recruiter was nice, but it is unacceptable to have to interview with 8 people during 5-6 virtual round interviews. This knew and ridiculous interview process is absolutely unnecessary, whether or the not the applicant is employed or unemployed the process is a complete waste of one’s valuable time. Needless to say an applicant goes through all of this to receive an insulting job offer salary.

Meet with the whole team that I would serve after a few phone interviews. Had a tour of the building. Really great process, very interactive, Transparent and role clarity. Overall very inviting.

Applied online and received an immediate call from a company recruiter. easy get to know you phone interview. Was advanced to speak with the manager and had to to complete an intense online assessment on personality and situations. Was offered to fly to interview and they paid for everything. The in person interview was more like a meet and greet and less than an interview. Felt rushed which was disappointing. Felt like the interview went really well though. Did not hear back for several weeks which was further disappointing. Could have used better communication in the after steps.
