I went through three rounds of interviews for an Events Coordinator role. The team seemed friendly, the tasks were engaging, and I was genuinely excited about the opportunity. After making it through the situational, technical, and final culture-fit interviews, I was told to expect an update within a few days. That never came. It's now been several weeks, and despite sending a polite follow-up, I haven't received any kind of response. I understand that not every candidate will get the job. But if someone has put in time, energy, and effort across multiple stages, it's only fair to give them a clear outcome. Silence after that much involvement just feels careless and disappointing. Huge red flag.
